1. Create a wedding email address

Creating a separate email for all things wedding will ensure that you don't overlook an important email-and even more importantly, you can choose to switch wedding mode "on" and "off." Consider printing labels with email and name. This way, entering your contact information at each booth is as simple as peel and stick!

2. Don't enter your contact info at every booth

Your time is valuable, so only speak with vendors that fit your budget and overall vision.

3. Only bring a small entourage

The larger the group, the trickier it becomes to manage. To ensure that you use your time wisely and aren't stuck with conflicting opinions, it is best to simply bring someone such as your Maid of Honor or mother.

4. Wear comfortable shoes and eat beforehand

Both of these will ensure that you aren't uncomfortable during the show.

5. Speak with other brides

How often will you be in a room with hundreds of people in your exact same position? Use this opportunity to learn from other brides! They may have recommendations that you have not yet considered.

6. Speak with a wedding planner

Whether you are just beginning the planning process or are near your wedding date, speaking with a wedding planner regarding day-of coordination would be beneficial! There is a lot of stress that comes with the day of your wedding, so having an experienced coordinator at your side will allow you to enjoy the day hassle-free. A wedding show is the prime place to meet wedding planners because you have the opportunity to speak with them face-to-face, so you can learn who you would work well with!
