WEDDING: The Benefits of Having a Weekend-Of Coordinator

The coordinator will be there from the very start of your rehearsal to the very last dance of your wedding reception. This gives us the opportunity to catch up on all your plans and we can start creating a detailed timeline for the entire weekend.
Even if your venue has a coordinator on staff, it’s important to remember that it is that person’s job to coordinate the logistics of the venue, not the wedding party, vendors and the wedding itself. A weekend-of coordinator will meet and communicate with you for months leading up to the wedding to ensure no details go unnoticed or unattended to.
